The Berkshire County Regional Housing Authority embarked on a rebranding journey to better reflect its mission and reach. After conducting comprehensive interviews with staff, board members, and key partners, we undertook an in-depth analysis of both regional and state-wide markets. In close collaboration with the Executive Team, the organization adopted the name UpSide413, capturing the positive and inclusive spirit of their work across western Massachusetts.The new identity included the creation of a full brand package: a distinctive logo, brand kit, website, content strategy, and print materials, as well as custom illustrations and a tailored social media strategy—all designed to create a cohesive and compelling brand presence.Additionally, we provided expert consultation on the marketing strategy and visual identity, ensuring that UpSide413’s new brand effectively communicates its impact and vision to the community.The new brand required logo and brand kit creation, website development, content strategy, print materials, illustration, and social media strategy to make for a unique brand identity.
